I have Comcast Xfinity and I cant sign into Disney XD. Get your house in order Disney.

I swear to god you have oprah working for you just giving EVERYONE an ad every 5 seconds. And to pile on top of that, you have to watch three in a row. Step up your game Disney.

Since the tvOS version couldnt play a video for more than 45sec without freezing... I tried the iOS version. The airplay functionality is terrible... it works, but barely. Good luck trying to move forward or backwards in an episode... and be prepared to get stuck in a loop of advertisements.

Nice app for seeing new episodes of things before they air. The games are pretty stupid and there are often many glitches. The ads will start over if you leave the room while its paused, and come back. Always makes me sign in multiple times. Sometimes gives me a note saying there is an error and I cant watch my show. Not a lot of new episodes

Was only able to watch one episode before having to login to my service provider. App not letting me log into my service provider. Boooooooooo. Need to do better Disney.

This is stupid. I cant even watch anything. Every time I try to log in it always says authorization error. I tried to email I guys about the problem but it said shut down my phone and turn it back on. Of course it didnt work. I tried everything but nothing works so there is no point in even downloading the app. It is very garbage now so this is one of the worst app I have ever used. Unless u fix this error I am giving this one star. I think u spent to much time on the original Disney app to the point where u forgot about XD WORST APP EVER

Everytime I open the app I get a "404 Error: Data could not be retrieved" pop-up. It allows me to play episodes, plays the ads and then pops up a "There was an issue with playback" pop up. Its really frustrating. I just want to watch Rebels. Please fix this!

Authentication for both this app and the tvOS app no longer work. DIRECTV login info works with other apps.

This app and the other Disney channel apps only work occasionally on the Apple TV. It can be a frustrating experience to use.

Best show on TV!

I use this to watch SW Rebels at work. But every...single...time...I pause the show to take a call or text and try to resume watching...NOPE. NOT ALLOWED. The stupid app backs out to the menu and makes me start the episode over. FIX IT. Its not realistic to expect EVERYONE to be able to watch an episode from start to finish uninterrupted EVERY SINGLE TIME.

We used to use XD, Jr, and regular Disney AppleTV app every day. Now, I am logged in and it wont play. I even log out and log back in and the app just wont work. Please fix.

When opening the app it always says error 404 unable to retrieve content please try again later. None of the videos will play and I cant even log in to my provider.

I cant even log in with my cable provider so its pretty much useless.

I used to love this app and always considered it 5 stars; however, it doesnt work anymore. Given that its been this way for a few months Im not sure a fix is on its way. Its always "Error Code 404" and "Oops something went wrong. Try again later."

I got the app to watch Star Wars rebels, but I couldnt even find season one on it. All I could find was season three, and I dont want to start a show three seasons in. Get some new developers and fix the layout so things are either there in the first place or people can actually find them.

I love this app but there are some problems like how sometimes you cant watch a video which doesnt make me to mad but what really makes me mad is you have to watch the ads just to be told that I cant watch the show please fix this. Also try to get the shows up a little bit faster so I can watch them I know that this is not your main priority but it would be nice I also have one thing to say about the actually channel all it is is please stop with all of the walk the prank Ive seen each episode so many times

The app can sometimes take a while to load... once Im able to find a show to watch (limited selection; add initial seasons for shows please), I run into what feels like more commercials than show. Also please, for the love of god, please let me pause or switch to another app and then resume what I was watching. Im happy ur U.I. is slick, and matches the XD aesthetic /s, but please before you publish something this broken and unenjoyable, fix the content delivery,... fix the basic functionally.

Every time I open the app an "error" message comes up, and when I try to watch a show, the same message comes up and blocks the whole screen. I tried updating the app, and nothing happened. I tried deleting the app and downloading it again, but nothing happened. The only thing I can do for the time being is watch Disney XD live. So until this is fixed, this app is essentially useless.

I got through all the problems people talked about not being able to log in but now I try and watch episodes and the adds just play and dont play the actual episode.
